Why can’t I sync data to a third-party APP?

  • Please confirm that the authorization for data synchronization (iHealth, Google fit, Fitbit) is turned on.
  • Only the data of the main account can be synchronized to the third-party APP, and the data of the rest members cannot be synchronized.
  • If the third-party APP failed to synchronize, you  can try to quit the third-party APP to restart and synchronize the data.

How to synchronize the data of body fat scale to APP?

NOTE:

The smart scale is Bluetooth 4.0 device, but not Bluetooth 2.0 device like earphone or keyboard. Please DON’T pair the scale in the Bluetooth Setting of the mobile phone system! You can sync the data of scale in the APP directly.

Please make sure your scale is charged or battery is installed.
Open the Bluetooth permission of the phone, refer to the link below

1.  iOS (iPhone, iPad, iTouch) connection help

2.  Android system connection help

  • If it is an Android system, you need to confirm that the location permission of the app is turned on.
  • If it is an iOS13 or higher system, make sure that the “Scale Up”  App has Bluetooth authorization.
  • Enter APP, click “Start Weighing” to measure.
  • After the measurement is completed, the data will be automatically synchronized to the app “Scale Up”.

Why is my data inaccurate?

If you are athlete or a muscle man, you  can use the athlete mode to measure body data.

How to turn on athlete mode?

1. Click [Me] and click the avatar area.

2.Click Edit to enter the [edit] page.

3.Modify the “Whether it is an athlete”  to “Yes”.

4. Measure again.
