NOTE:
The smart scale is Bluetooth 4.0 device, but not Bluetooth 2.0 device like earphone or keyboard. Please DON’T pair the scale in the Bluetooth Setting of the mobile phone system! You can sync the data of scale in the APP directly.
Please make sure your scale is charged or battery is installed.
Open the Bluetooth permission of the phone, refer to the link below
1. iOS (iPhone, iPad, iTouch) connection help
2. Android system connection help
- If it is an Android system, you need to confirm that the location permission of the app is turned on.
- If it is an iOS13 or higher system, make sure that the “Scale Up” App has Bluetooth authorization.
- Enter APP, click “Start Weighing” to measure.
- After the measurement is completed, the data will be automatically synchronized to the app “Scale Up”.
