Check as follows

1. Invalid user information

Please check if the your information (hight, age, gender) is correct, which is necessary to get the right body data.

2. If you are less than 18 years old, please check the manual to see the age range supported by the model you purchased.

3. Re-measure according to the following procedure

4. Restart the body fat scale.
If you have the rechargeable model, press the “Reset” button at the
back of scale for 5 seconds. For the model using AAA batteries, take one battery out for 5 seconds and put it back in.

5. Make sure you steps on the electrodes with bare feet.
6. Try to apply some water to the sole of the foot and measure again.
7. You can also try to let another person step on the scale to see if there is data.

The APP supports the creation of normal user, infant, and athlete, which can be created according to member types.

• Normal User: more than 3 years old, can directly measure on the scale.
• Infant: 0~3 years old, support baby holding mode.
• Athlete: for athletes and people who regularly exercise.

1.Click on the [Me] icon on the tab.

• 2.Click on the ” Member” menu and select “New member” to create a new user.

• 

• 3. Create the personal information for the new user.
• 4. Select the user from the user list and start the measurement.

NOTE:

The smart scale is Bluetooth 4.0 device, but not Bluetooth 2.0 device like earphone or keyboard. Please DON’T pair the scale in the Bluetooth Setting of the mobile phone system! You can sync the data of scale in the APP directly.

Apple’s iOS13 and above systems have added a new privacy policy, requiring apps to obtain user permission separately to access the Bluetooth. Please  turn on the system Bluetooth and app Bluetooth at the same time.

• How to enable Bluetooth access for the “Scale up”?

1.  Enter the phone settings interface and find “Scale Up”.

2. Click to enter the application permission, open Bluetooth.

3. Bluetooth access was successfully turned on.

• How to turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone system?

1.  Open the phone’s shortcut control panel and turn on Bluetooth.

2. Or enter the setting menu to turn on Bluetooth.

After all the above permissions are enabled, you can click “start weighing” of App to and follow the guide to finish the measurement.

Due to Android 6.0 system requirements by Google, scanning peripherals must obtain location permissions to use the body fat scale.  User needs to turn on both Bluetooth and app location permissions.

• How to enable the app ’s location permissions?

（Take Samsung phones as an example.）

1. Open the phone settings interface, find “Apps”, and click to enter the “Apps” settings interface.

2. Find “Scale Up” in the open application interface, click to enter the ” Scale Up ” application setting interface.

3. In the “Scale Up ” permission setting , turn on the “Location Information”.

4. The location permission of the” Scale Up ” app was successfully opened.

• How to turn on Bluetooth?

2. Turn on Bluetooth.
