Android连接不上？

由于Android 6.0系统要求，扫描外围设备必须获得位置权限才能使用体脂秤，所以用户需要同时开启蓝牙和app的位置权限。

  • 开启app的位置权限

1、打开手机设置界面，找到“应用”，点击进入“应用”设置界面；

2、在打开的[权限管理-应用]界面找到“乐轻”，点击进入“乐轻”应用设置界面；

3、在打开的乐轻权限设置页面中，点击打开“位置信息”权限设置项；

4、乐轻app的位置权限开启成功。

以上权限开启成功即可进入APP内进行连接。

iPhone连接不上？

注意:

智能秤是蓝牙4.0设备，不同于传统的蓝牙2.0设备（耳机，键盘等）。请不要在蓝牙设置中进行蓝牙配对，您打开蓝牙开关后，可以直接在APP中同步数据。

苹果iOS13以上的系统加入了一项新的隐私措施，要求app必须单独征得用户许可，才能访问蓝牙功能，所以用户需要同时开启系统蓝牙和app蓝牙。

如果无法连接健康秤，请尝试以下操作

  • 开启手机系统蓝牙

1 .进入快捷设置界面打开蓝牙或者设置界面，找到蓝牙开关。

 

2.  点击进入蓝牙设置界面，开启蓝牙。

   

 

3. 蓝牙开启成功。

  • 开启APP蓝牙访问权限

1. 进入手机设置界面，找到“乐轻”，

2. 点击进入应用权限界面，打开蓝牙开关。

3. 蓝牙访问权限开启成功。

以上权限开启后即可进入APP内，再次进行连接。

Why do I need to turn on GPS for Android phones?

Android phone 6.0+ requires enabling location in order to use Bluetooth . The Android operating system requires it to search and sync with Bluetooth devices.

Caution: BLE scanning requires your permission to enable location because BLE scanning identifies objects that could be used for geolocation. Turning off location will disable Bluetooth.

How to switch units (kg/st/lb/st:lb)?

1. Confirm whether the scale supports unit synchronization with app.

Read the manual to see if the scale supports syncing with APP.

2. If the scale does not support unit synchronization, you need to set the unit on the APP and the scale separately.

3. If the scale supports unit synchronization, you can synchronize the setting information to the scale after setting on the APP. The unit after the scale is synchronized will usually take effect the next time it is powered on for measurement.
