How to train other courses and improve training level?

1、Click “Workout” in the upper left corner of the homepage to enter the course list page.

2、Select the course you want to train on the page, and then click to enter the course introduction page.

3、Click the label of the level you want to switch in the level area, turn green and click “Start”.

4、You can start training  new level courses.

Why can I only measure my weight, but not other body indicators?

Check as follows

1. Invalid user information

Please check if the your information (hight, age, gender) is correct, which is necessary to get the right body data.

2. If you are less than 18 years old, please check the manual to see the age range supported by the model you purchased.

3. Re-measure according to the following procedure

4. Restart the body fat scale.
If you have the rechargeable model, press the “Reset” button at the
back of scale for 5 seconds. For the model using AAA batteries, take one battery out for 5 seconds and put it back in.

5. Make sure you steps on the electrodes with bare feet.
6. Try to apply some water to the sole of the foot and measure again.
7. You can also try to let another person step on the scale to see if there is data.

为什么我只能测到体重,而测不到其他指标数据?

按照如下步骤检查

1. 请检查用户信息是否错误,您需要输入正确的用户信息才能检测到体脂数据。

2. 如果您小于18岁,请查看说明书,确认您所购买型号所支持的年龄范围。

3. 按照如下过程重新测量

  • 重新启动体脂秤。
  • 确保你的双脚裸露踩到到电极上。
  • 尝试将润肤霜涂抹在脚底再次测量。
  • 也可以尝试让另一个人踩到秤上,看下是否有数据。

Why is my measured weight not accurate?

The scale will have measurement errors in soft and uneven places (such as carpet). Please put the scale on a hard/flat surface and step on the scale barefoot. Then the screen will light up.

Tips:

1. Please check your personal information (gender, age and height) to ensure that your information is accurate. -Make sure that your scale is on a hard and flat surface. Some surfaces look flat but they are not. Try different hard surfaces.

2. Check the leg of the scale before measuring. If they are unbalanced, the data will be inaccurate. -Make sure to display “0.00” on the display before use.  Have your barefoott full touching the electrodes.

3. Stand firmly on the scale and do not shake your body when weighing.

为什么测量的体重跟实际体重差异较大?

秤在柔软不平坦的地方(如:地毯)会出现测量误差,请将秤放在坚硬/平坦的表面上,赤脚踩踏秤。然后显示屏将亮起。

提示:

1.  请检查您的个人资料信息(性别,年龄和身高),确保您的信息准确无误。 -确保您的秤在坚硬平坦的表面上。有些表面看起来很平坦但实际上并非如此,尝试一些不同的硬表面。

2. 在测量之前检查秤的支腿,如果不平衡,数据将不准确。 -确保每次使用前在显示屏上显示0.00 -赤脚踩,每只脚接触顶部和底部电极。

3. 坚定地站在秤上,称重时不要摇晃身体。

4. 每天在同一时间进行量,以确保获得最准确的结果。
