为什么我的秤不能和手机连接?

注意:智能秤是蓝牙4.0设备,不同于传统的蓝牙2.0设备(耳机,键盘等)。请不要在蓝牙设置中进行蓝牙配对,您打开蓝牙开关后,可以直接在APP中同步数据。

不能连接可能有以下原因

  • 请确认是否给乐轻提供了足够的权限。

1.  iOS (iPhone, iPad, iTouch)连接帮助

2.  Android系统连帮助

  • 确认您的秤是否有足够的电量。
  • 如果以上都不能解决,请联系您购买的商店。

Why can’t my scale be connected to the phone?

NOTE: The smart scale is Bluetooth 4.0 device, but not Bluetooth 2.0 device like earphone or keyboard. Please DON’T pair the scale in the Bluetooth Setting of the mobile phone system! You can sync the data of scale in the APP directly.

There may be the following reasons

  • Please confirm whether “Scale up” APP is fully authorized.

1.  iOS (iPhone, iPad, iTouch) connection help

2.  Android system connection help

  • Please make sure your scale is charged or battery is installed.

Why can’t I sync data to a third-party APP?

  • Please confirm that the authorization for data synchronization (iHealth, Google fit, Fitbit) is turned on.
  • Only the data of the main account can be synchronized to the third-party APP, and the data of the rest members cannot be synchronized.
  • If the third-party APP failed to synchronize, you  can try to quit the third-party APP to restart and synchronize the data.

为什么不能同步数据到第三方应用?

  • 首先,确认当前成员是乐轻的主账号,仅支持主账号的数据同步到第三方APP

点击 ‘我’ -> ‘成员管理’

查看当前成员是否为主账号

只有主账号才有同步到第三方应用的菜单

  • 请确认已经开启数据同步的授权,以苹果健康为例,如下截图点击‘授权’

点击 ‘打开所有类别’

点击 ‘允许’

  • 再次称重,称重数据即可同步到‘苹果健康’

 

  • Fitbit与苹果健康类似
  • 小提示:第三方APP会出现同步失败的情况,可以尝试请退出第三方APP重启后同步数据。
